PRESS RELEASE – Cleantech Solar, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions to corporations in India and Southeast Asia, announces the commissioning of its anchor open access solar PV projects totaling ~80 MWp for industrial customers at its state-of-the-art 275 MWp solar park in Tamil Nadu. This is Cleantech Solar’s fifth renewable energy park in the state. Power generated from these projects is being procured by clients on a captive basis to meet their energy requirements for manufacturing operations.

The client portfolio for these newly commissioned projects spans a range of industries, with several being long-term partners who are further expanding their renewable energy commitments. Notable clients currently sourcing power from the park include leading U.S.-based solar technology provider First Solar, Indian chemical manufacturer DCW, and advanced materials specialist Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics.
